In order to define the stress amplitude, which is an important parameter for the stress analysis, the rolling of the wheel is simulated via an FE analysis. For efficiency reasons the kinematics is inverted by fixating the FE model and rotating the load. In this way one turn of the wheel is performed in order to describe the complete stress history for 360°.
